Since the Persian Crusade was ostensibly started in order to prevent Iran enriching uranium, the announcement will also serve to emphasise, for anyone who may have forgotten it, the subtle but vital distinction between evil fundamentalist head-choppers and virtuous fundamentalist head-choppers.
