Some Peacemakers Are More Equal Than Others

As joint protectors of the peace and guardians of the world order against the insidious incursions of the Heathen Chinee, Japan and the USA have signed an agreement linking the city of Hiroshima's peace park with a memorial to the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Representatives of the hibakusha have even gone so far as to call the Hiroshima bombing indiscriminate, despite its deliberate careful and near-exclusive targeting of civilians.
