If there is one habit more irritating than showing up late for a war, it's leaving a war too soon. The Minister for Wog-Bombing and his chums have been toddling around the international community trying to sell the idea of one more rah-rah to end the scourge of terrorism for good; but it seems that Britain's inferiors lack the necessary moral fibre, even after all we've done.
