Among the worst affected countries are the Philippines, where the government shares values with Liam Fox, and Yemen, where Britain has been helping with some structural reforms. Countries like France and the USA have also experienced a rise in the number of cases, despite the prevalence of informed commentary on the dangers of vaccination and the analytical skills of the public in evaluating the merits of such research.
