Johnny Arab Must Try Harder

British values and British justice are all very well in their proper place, but even the most well-intentioned lesser breeds can sometimes take them a bit too far. Economically-sound trials without the unnecessary expense of legal representation are fine for migrants and plebs, but not for the kind of asset who could mature into the quality material that might help Her Majesty's Government with its war profiteering. Certainly few other considerations can explain the deep and genuine concern of Jeremy Rhymes-with-Hunt, whose private emotional states (including a hitherto latent concern for evidence) are portrayed in rhapsodic detail by the resident psychic at the newspaper where facts are sacred. Even Tumbledown Tessie has foregone her accustomed enthusiasm for rapid incarceration and expressed disappointment and concern, presumably because she is worried about having to kick out fewer foreign students if we start running out of British ones.
